How much time I need to wear retainers after removing the braces. My braces were removed in December 2016. And I am wearing retainers the day my braces were removed for how much time I need to wear it.

Well usually i must be worn for minimun of 1-2 yrs. The latest American norm says to wear a retainer for life. Its important to know what type of retainer you are wearing its usage and maintenance. Be in touch with an Orthodontist.
