Restless, unable to sleep

Hi Doctors, Hope you're doing fine! My mom is feeling restless and she couldn't able to sleep at all. Her gynaecologist suggested (Anxit 0.5mg)pill for sleep on her last time visit. However, she can sleep better only after consuming 2 capsules at the time. Am little worried the way she is sleeping only with the tablets. And rest of the time she is so restless and looking sick. Am not sure which doctor to get opinion or take my mom. Please suggest what can be done, she has some health issues as well. P.s: Currently we are residing in Bangalore. So, doctors around here will be comfortable to visit.
