Hi my name is vaibhav sharma. my height is 6ft and my weight is around 130kg. i have gained weight despite not eating much. i plan to lose weight through proper diet and workout as this obesity problem has lead to not being confident in every area of my life. i live in Gurgaon alone so looking to some.nutrition plan which i can follow and can make meals myself so that it can fulfill all nutritional needs of mine. looking forward to some advise.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
