Requesting ur opinion on my ekg- basically i have burning pain in chest- as if too much fire inside. Feel tired n fatigued... i am 100 kg so that might explain laziness, high heart rate

ECG shows sinus tachycardia ,heart rate above 100.Any retrosternal burning pain should be taken care of , even if it's due to gastric problems.overweight can cause tachycardia.You should consult with a physician in your area for clinical examination.
