Hi Doctor, My mom (59 years) took covaxin for first dose but in report it is mentioned  as covishield. So can she take covishield for second dose ? . Please suggest what we can take for second dose. Which one is safe ?

Don't compared with two vaccine. Take vaccine as per available dose. Between 1 st and 2nd dose 3month is require.

ONE ICMR STUDY SHOWS THAT COVAXIN AND COVISHIELD TAKEN AS 1ST AND 2 ND DOSES GIVE BETTER IMMUNOGENICITY THAN 2 DOSES OF THE SAME VACCINE .-----IT IS SAFE AND ADVERSE REACTIONS ARE SAME AS TAKING EITHER VACCINE AS 1ST AND 2ND DOSE .
