Recently i had a facial MRI where Radiologist noted Bilateral Maxillary molar alveolus mild edema. Can this is the cause of my Maxillary pain ?

Yes,maxillary pain is due to maxillary molar alveolus mild edema.apply ice packs in every 15 minutes for 36 hours and then warm compression has to be given. You can consult through this for prescription of medication.
