Please find the attached reports and suggest...short of breath and uneasiness from night bp is normal..ecg is normal...kindly look into and suggest the needful

X-ray is largely okay, but there is mild prominence near the central lung regions. To better evaluate this, we should do an HRCT chest and correlate clinically with symptoms like cough, fever, breathlessness, smoking, or TB exposure. Most causes are treatable, but we should evaluate properly.
