Thank you for your question. Ideally your gynaecologist who did your smear is responsible for communicating and interpreting this result as well as guiding you about the correct follow up protocol. You have already paid for this. To put your mind at rest I can reassure you that this report suggests your cervix is normal at the time the test was done. There is no evidence of early or precancerous cells or changes suggesting an infection that can predispose you to the same. It means that you have nothing to worry regarding the health of your cervix. If you have only one sexual partner and that person also only has sex with you this test can be repeated every three years. However if you or your partner have unprotected sex with more than one person your risk for getting the infection predisposing you to problem with the cervix increases and then you must ensure you do not miss having your test when your doctor advises.
