4 days back I wake at mid night and I feel like pain in my chest left side, and numbness in my left hand which was I think under my body while sleeping, later on numbness subsided it's own. Same time I felt like gas in stomach and passed stool as well. After sometime pain was gone. But I was worried if it was a heart pain. I did the ECG plz check
Left-sided chest pain with left-hand numbness should be taken seriously even if it resolved; one ECG does not exclude every cardiac cause.
If pain returns or comes with breathlessness, sweating, fainting, vomiting, or spread to the jaw or arm, go to an emergency department immediately.
Have the ECG reviewed in person, with blood pressure and examination; troponin or other tests may be needed based on timing and risk factors.
