Based on what you shared this report shows areas of reduced bone density around your lower left premolars.the report does not definitively said that you need root canal because clinical evaluation is also important to correlate. Although if you have pain swelling and tenderness while chewing or biting you might need a root canal but again nothing can be said without radiographic images or clinical evaluation.
