Report Shows infection any major issues

Hello Doctor, Recently I tested due to body back pain and muscle weekness, can some one review it. Consulted Gendral  doctor and given oflox 200 for 5 days .. I am non drinker, having fatty liver ... no fever no burning sensation while passing urine ... urine complete mention blood positive ( having 3 mm stone ) other urine report normal ... puscell 3-4 . Not sure the report is correctly tested .. Consult nephrologist he said no issue found in kidney function, consult hepatology due to GGT elevated...
