Report of USG Whole Abdomen of liver

Liver- "Normal in size and shows borderline fatty change. Intrahepatic biliary radicles appear not dilated. No obvious focal lesion seen. The liver margins appear smooth and regular. Portal vein is normal and caliber". Hello Doctors, these are the words written in the report  of sonography. Please tell me doctor is this serious? We didn't know about fatty liver and it's almost 5 years. Can it be cured? Or is this serious stage of liver? Pls reply me Doctors. 🙏

Grade 1 fatty liver is reversible with the lifestyle modification and diet modifications plus exercise regularly for 30 minutes a day.Avoid fatty food .Get your liver function tests to check the enzymes level.
