Get urine culture and sensitivity test also done before starting any medication..Tablet Levoflox 500mg once daily for 1 week works best.Post ur ultrasound report for size of stone if u have got ultrasound done recently.Repeat urine test 2 days after stopping antibiotic and follow up with report.Syrup Kcit 2tsf thrice a day for 15 days can be started alongwith.For further info consult online.
