At your age most common cause may be
1) Frequent eye rubbing probably due to eye strain because of refractive error.
2) Poor lid hygiene
3) Diabetes Mellitus
Use antidandruff shampoo twice a week to prevent lid infection because of shedded dandruff on lid margin. Also maintain lid hygiene .
Start lubricants as tear film is usuall disturbed in such situation -E/d Refresh tears 4-6times /day
Trail of oral antibiotic- cap clavum 625mg tds for 5 days.
