I had my 1st miscarriage in 2012 nd afterthat i was suffering from rheumatoid arthratics nd thyroid. then i undergone ayurvedic medicine. in 2016 i tried again with fol xt, fertisure f nd i got pregnant.but after my 1st scan doc told me it's a missed abortion.why this happened to me?? plz suggest.
