Hello.Superficial fungal infection of the body (Tinea corporis) and groins (Tinea cruris) is a chronically recurrent condition these days especially if topical steroids or other OTC preparations are used to treat it in the initial stages. As I have not seen ur pics, and dont know ur treatment details,it is difficult to comment on what medication to prescribe but here are certain pointers which may help.
*Wash all your clothes, undergarments and bed linen in boiled water
*Use an antifungal soap containing Ketoconazole with Salicylic acid.
*Apply a topical antifungal cream containing Sertaconazole locally twice daily over the affected area.
*Take Tab Itraconazole 200 mg,twice daily for a week and add Tab Levocetrizine 5 mg at night in case of itching
*Use a dusting powder containing Clotrimazole twice daily.
Hope this helps.
