Removed third molar tooth day before yesterday n was taking signoflam but my doc change the medicine to tramazac... By this new medicine pain is still there... Trying to contact doc but unavailable... It's been 3 hrs I took tramazac.. Wen shall I take signoflam... M in pain

Take tab ketorol dt Dissolve 2tab in half glass of water. It ll give you relief for 2-3 hrs. In morning visit your near by dentist.
