No history or clinical findings received : Received 1 crey brown soft tissue bit measuring 06 x 0.4 x 0.4 cm. Cut surface is grey brown, soft. : Swelling left cheek: Features are suggestive of fibroepithelial polyp with koilocytic change seen. No evidence of dysplasia or malignancy seen.
