I have plate in my leg,as my both bone one main and another supportive was fractured,i am carrying plate in my leg since 2011 now it 2018 .can i remove my plate easily and for how many days i have to take rest

It is not necessary to remove the plates unless causing problems. You can remove plate 2 years after surgery. Rest from sports and heavy activity for 6 weeks. You can do your normal activity after one week.
