I am having problem in my vegina area Getting yellow colour discharge which odour v.bad and found some irritation as well...nd facing problem in urination as well..as when urinate,bladder does not empty properly

this may be due to urine infection.drink more plenty of fluids,keep dry and clean the genital region.apply anti fungal ointment twice a day and get urine examination done.if problem remain same the need to visit a doctor for that.
