I am 8 months pregnant now...i had vaginal bleeding after 1 month for 23 days...but now everything is ok...can i do exercises for normal delivery? And what will be the exercises for normal delivery?

Hello dear user in my opinion you should strictly avoid the exercise as  you have already bleeding   so start treatment  like tab Duphastone  10mg twice a day for one month's. You can  consult me as direct consultation  on practo online.

If there is no complications atpresent then you can do deep breathing,  butterfly or squatting exercises .join any antenatal classes .
