I am thyroid patient. few day ago (almost 1 September 2023) I done a lab test through online (by practo app) in which I found that I have thyroid.from then I do nothing for my treatment , some people said that just ignore this and live like nothing is happened but I feel everything which is happen in thyroid. Please tell me what I do -* like which type of medicine I take and which type of food I should ignore and also in which way I live * In report - TSH bio ref interval: ( 0.55- 4.78) but value is 9.8830
