First time i missed my periods i have 2 beta hcg test and both were negative..can i go for ultrasound to finally confirmed wheather i m pregnant or not??

If betahcg are Negative then chances of pregnancy is not possible,but u can get an ultrasound done to see for any PCOs or any other pathology ,also get ur Thyroid checked,for more details u may get back to us for further advice on a direct Consulting.
