Regutol mini for diarrhea

Hello Doctor. My 6 month baby is having loose motion (almost 7 times a day) for past 5 days. Doctor prescribed Regutol mini. I am going to give the first dose today. But when i checked the uses in internet it is showing this medicine is used to treat constipation. My doubt is Regutol mini is to treat diarrhea or constipation. Kindly clarify.
