Regulr monthly bleeding in early pregncy

Can one get regular monthly bleeding which comes after every 27-29 days and lasts for 2-3 days in early pregnancy (First trimester) ? The bleeding looks like period blood with blood clots and tissues and comes every month at the scheduled time of period since last three months since the contact.
