I had vertigo (right positional) 15 days back, did vomit and felt rapid heart beating when room was spinning. After few days, my vertigo is gone but rapid heart beats started even when I am at rest. My heart beat increases when I move my hand or body or tilt my head to right on bed while sleeping. When sitting or standing feel involuntary upper body movement (very subtle) along with rapid heart and little leg shivers. While sleeping I can feel heart beat back of head, neck n hip when slept sideways. I have no chest pain, no breathlessness feeling. No family history of heart disease. 2D Echo normal.
