doing it 2-4 times a week is actually good for health.
but if you indulge in it too much, you will face problems like pain, very thin watery ejaculate etc.
suggest you to reconsider the number if times you do it per week. quit for a few days, your ejaculate will become good again.
drink lots of water, have high protein diet with lots if greens and fruits.
