Regular impounding headache

I am having  headache for more than a week. it is not continuous. pain does feel suddenly and goes after sometime. then again it pains after sometime. time period can be even in some seconds or even some minutes. what it may be? which type of doctor, I should consult? is it sinusitis, sinus headache?

This  could be a Migraine or cluster headache. Avoid prolonged fasting. Take a good sleep of 8 hrs. Avoid stimuli like loud music/noise, flashes of light like TV. Headache may be aborted by  Tab Dolo 650.
