I am suffering from regular left chest pain, breathlessness and high heart beat specially in rest condition and while sleeping. This problem continuing since 1 years. Already consulted different cardiology doctors done ECG 2 times, echo, chest xray..but all showing normal results.( No diabetes,no BP, no family history of heart disease,non smoker,non alcoholic).but slightly increased cholesterol, triglycerides..due to this I can't even concentrate on my regular works.. please help what to do?? What is the reason behind it??
