Regression after SMILE relex

I have had smile surgery 3 months ago Previous : L - 3.5 R -9.5 Now. : L : 0.24 R 2.5 I work in IT and have to use computers and phone alsmot 12 hours. Is the use of devices causing regression in my eye power ? Please help or suggest things to do ?
