Sir my mother has undergone a right renal pelvis kidney stone open surgery in 1998 after that surgery many times she has uti prob and treated by doctors and she is fine but from last dec in her urine test epithilial cells are 12 to 15 hpf and pus cells are plenty+ kindly advice

It is urine infection. Initially we need to find out the casue for recurrent urine infection. Get USG abdomen and  x-ray kub done to know for anu recurrent stones or othwr causes. Revert with reports
