I got lower abdomen usg nd sonographer ask me why u want to do it i told i had irregular period and after that sonographer done it but i dont said i also want to check whether i m pregnant or not .If i m pregnant still this usg can show about pregnancy without telling sonographer that i want to check i m pregnant or not.can usg tell about pregnancy

From 5weeks USG can detect pregnancy. Even if you don't tell they will give the correct report. Blood pregnancy test is confirmatory in early pregnancy
