Though your cholesterol values are little high, if you have no other morbidities like hypertension or
diabetes and if you do not smoke, you have a very low risk of having a vascular disease. So you do not need medicines for this.
This can be dealt with following lifestyle modifications
1. Exercise for at least 150 min per week (at least 5 days a week) - either jogging or swimming or brisk walk
2. Keep BMI below 25
3. Avoid junk and red meat
4. Take high fiber diet
5. Avoid smoking
