Skin on the penis is not going back is there any problem or it will take time to grow . I'm 27 now please help me to get rid of the problem.

Note that this is present problem or it was previously not retract foreskin. If you feel present problem then it may be due to phymosis, but if it present previously from start, then you try to apply some lubricant like oil or vaseline and do retract foreskin daily gently, after some time it will be going normal.
