Hello there.... I had a msm(men 2 men) sexual history 2.5 yrs ago wid multiple partners..after that I checked 4 times for HIV it was negative result.from 2.5 yrs I haven't done sex...but now I have symptoms like extreme fatigue,fat loss , skin rashes,dizziness, dark circles under eyes, recurrent mouth ulcers...what r the causes of these symptoms... Plz help me ...I am desperate
