Iam having sore throat from 3 days... Today my ear is also aching and i have runny nose and fever... What is the cause?

It may be middle ear infection , normally triggered by cold, sinus ,allergy.This happens if the tube connecting from the nose to ear gets blocked.
Next Steps
middle ear infection common in children. when adults get infected , ideal for ENT consultation to see the ear drum
