Regarding sodium level

Hi My father is a diabetic patient. He tested sodium level recently. It was 125 in the beginning took medicines for few days then again tested it increased to 128 , again took medicines and tested after 7 days of completion of medicine it is 127 . Kidney report is normal . Is there anything I need to concerned about?

Many drugs can cause hyponatremia. Better check for those drugs.
