Regarding Sinus infection

Dear doctors, I have a sinus infection with phlem since 2 years ,some times less and some times more.From yesterday onwards it is more with phlem with small amount of blood. Last week i sleep in ac and i drink cold sprite bottele(1litre),this will effects on sinus??? Today morning i observed a blood clot in phlem. It is common for blood clot in sinus ?? Regards Tagore
