Since 6 months my SGPT is not coming down. 6 months ago it was 175. SGOT 82 4 months ago it was 116. 2 months ago it was 101. Now it again comes to 124. SGOT 58 What medicine should I take to reduce liver enzymes? I'm having Fatty liver grade 1 in USG abdomen. I have tried vitamin E supplement but no significant decrease in SGPT. Hepatitis penal is negative.

Avoid alcohol Get usg abdomen done as first step. See the side effects of any medicine that you are taking. Avoid paracetamol consumption frequently.
