Above mentioned medicine has been advised to my colleague by doctor. So I just want to know if it requires permanent medication or it's a temporary medicine. Does it have any side affects.

The medication is not mentioned here, but according to the problem with the medicines you can start with psychotherapy and proper counseling also so that the medicines can be reduced with time.

Hi That depends upon the severity of complaints, Moreover the pills has not been mentioned here. If his daily activities has been improved, then doc may reduce medication gradually
