I have my uSG reposrt which say prostatomegaly, Grade II, Measures : 5.18 x 4.63 x 4.69 cm weight : 58.8 gms post void urine residue is arround 280ml tell me what to do nw

You will most probably require prostate surgery ( nomral or laser)  depends on your urologist expertise.
