Safest prophylaxis is abstinence. You should have sex with your known partner who is faithful to you.
As far as prophylaxis by medicines is concerned there are combination Kits available which are known as PEP Kit (Pre exposure prophylaxis) . These are antiviral drugs. One tablet is a combination of two medicines (Tenofovir and Emtricitabine) and second tablet of Roltegravir.
You take them for 30 days. They cost about ₹4000.
But they are also not 100% effective.
