After 20 days of my periods i had an unprotected intercourse so within 6 hr I had the unwanted 72 i pill .so is it affect my next period,if yes after how many days delay will be there most probably.

Emergency pills are known to cause  irregular vaginal bleeding and delayed periods also have a high failure  rate u can be pregnant despite one. So date of next periods would be unpredictable
