Hi, Can you please tell me whether I need to take medicine in below case or it will recover from weight loss and diet My ultrasound report showing. Both ovaries are normal in size,show increased stromal echogenecity with multiple tiny follicles at the periphery what does it mean Normoz and dornis20 tablet given to me. Please assist
