Regarding orthopedic treatment

My right hand ring finger joint dislocated and broken since 2.5 months.I am on continue treatment but no progress found.

is any surgical interventions done? if not ,needed proper evaluation and further management plan .pain in finger joint dislocation happen due to improper  reduction or malunited intra articular  fractures
