Plz tell me some best toothpaste and mouthwash for using a long term. Mostly I do brush 2 time in a day and night and every morning I do luke salt water gargel for maintaining a proper dental hygiene and I want some best brand of toothpaste to use for making a healthy gums and teeth

Hi.. regarding healthy gums you should use stolin gum paint..and for tooth paste any brand was good ..in that maintain healthy teeth you should go proper brushing method.
