Hi.. oleanz and fluoxetine doesn't cause suicidal thoughts but depression can. However will need further history regarding the same , like the duration of hypothyroidism, duration of depression etc. Also maybe you need to take medicines for the same.

It is not advisable to stop or start psychiatric medications without doctor's supervision. Provided you were experiencing any adverse effects, please consult your doctor. Olanzapine fluoxetine combination is usually given to treat depression but it takes about 2 weeks to start action. If you are having suicidal thoughts within 2 days of taking it, it is likely a symptom of the illness rather than a side effect of the medicine.
Thyroxine should not be stopped, you can take OFC with it. Hypothyroidism in itself can be a cause for your depressive symptoms so that should be treated simultaneously.
