My son 3 yrs suffering from fever & cough cold from last Saturday. I have given Crocin, Augmenting DDS & Amrit Junior. But still he is having same problem. What should We do?

Suggestive of upper respiratory tract infection...since he is not responding to treatment I would suggest you to consult nearest pediatrician for clinical examination and for clinical evaluation...he might require dosage adjustment or different antibiotics..
