Hello sir ,my brother is suffering from a neuro problem which includes micro fit for example like he is standing somewhere so suddenly for few second he fell down and there is numbness in his body occur,his treatment is going on since more than 15 years , he is 90% well but the only issue is micro fit, can you please guide us for this
