My mother is 75 yrs old and suffering from lower back pain because of pinched nerve. Doctor advised a pain killer  for 5 days ( 2 times a day)over the phone as he was out of station. Which is safe er and effective Acton or Or Ultraset semi

Since how long does she have this back pain. Instead of pain killers which will give her temporary relief and in long term will also harm the body, she can be prescribed other medicines. However she should avoid strain on back and do regular physiotherapy
